Al Asema gypsum production plant
Turnkey scope covering process design, production-line manufacturing, infrastructure preparation, buildings and line installation. The turnkey scope also included civil and electromechanical infrastructure, administration buildings, production halls and warehouses, followed by production-line installation.
Monorail beam grinding machine
Design, manufacturing, control-system implementation and commissioning for Arab Contractors' monorail beam production. The documented scope includes control-system design and implementation, commissioning and startup, addressing technical challenges in Arab Contractors' production of concrete monorail beams.
Cable threading machine localization
Machine design, functional analysis, prototype development and manufacturing of six machines. The localization workflow covered machine design, functional understanding, creation of a minimum viable prototype and manufacture of six machines.
Control and synchronization panels
Control and synchronization panels for multiple customers, covering MCC motor control centers, generator synchronization, sequential conventional control and PLC-based automatic control.
Process automation and SCADA projects
