Located in the second industrial zone of 15 May City, the heavy machinery service center provides complete overhauls at customer sites or in its workshop, preventive and corrective maintenance, rehabilitation of used equipment and original spare parts.
Its work covers engines, transmissions, electronic control circuits and hydraulic systems, alongside localization and modification of unreliable systems.
Additional capabilities include original spare-parts supply and localization or modification of unreliable systems. Maintenance covers engines, transmissions, ECU electrical circuits and hydraulic systems.
The brands we serve include SANY, Bosch, Deutz, LiuGong, Volvo, Renault, Cummins/Foton, DCEC, Liebherr and Lonking. Success stories include fuel-system modifications applied to more than 30 MTT trucks and installation of seven Cummins generator sets with an approximately 7.5 MW combined output for Egypt Post in Maadi.

Selected projects
Power generation for Egypt Post
Installation of a power substation of approximately 7.5 MW using seven Cummins generator sets at the Egypt Post building in Maadi's technological valley. Seven Cummins generator sets were installed at the Egypt Post building in the new technological valley in Maadi, with a combined output of approximately 7.5 MW.
Fuel-system modification for MTT trucks
Our work includes fuel-system modifications applied to more than 30 MTT truck engines, converting the fuel configuration described as summer diesel to diesel fuel. The project includes the fleet as ministry-owned and states that the modification was applied to more than 30 trucks.
